An upcoming game of Counter-Strike Online was introduced by the NEXON in Asia. This is going to be available in and ONLY in Asia, I think, because I'm hearing lots of game players says it is going to be available in Asia only and thinking that it's stupid, since US and Europe has most of the Counter-Strike series (Counter Strike 1.6, Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, and Counter-Strike: Source). Valve did introduced NEXON.

Well, this is a combination of CS1.6 and CZ though. This was made by Game NEXON in Korea. The main background is CS:S in-game formation, but while playing the game of it, it's going to be a regular CS, except it will have more weapons, maps, and player figures. On my opinion, people say it's going to be released in June or July. For some reason, people think it would be very stupid to have this kind of game. But, what I looked through people's ideals, this game would be the #1 game of all regular CS.

so, there's going to be just like Counter-Strike:Source but it will have more weapons and more characters?

and what will be the name? "Online" or "NEXON" ?

Not exactly as source. It's still on Half-Life Engine. So it's basically going to be a regular CS. It will be named as "Counter-Strike Online." NEXON is the Korea Game Company in Asia.

i saw some videos on youtube about the game.it's just like 1.6.
Valve must improve the effect of Counter-Strike:Source with some more effects and a clear vision+the new weapons and characters (that will be something new, not this Online)
